COVID Update Summer 2021

This is our latest update on all COVID related things and how they impact our events, The Fossil Shop and our customers.

We really appreciate the support and loyalty of our customers, and are very grateful for all the bookings and visits we have had. We are hoping along with everyone else that as we move through July and August 2021, and restrictions ease, that we can get back to more normal operations. However, we also recognise that the road will not be a smooth one so below is how we plan to move forward...

Should you have a ticket booked for an event and then canot attend due to COVID, you will have the following options:

- You can move your booking to another date, look online and if you find a date that works please email contact@hiddenhorizons.co.uk (or reply to this email), with your original booking details and the new date you would like, we'll do the rest.

- You can convert your booking into a gift voucher, redeemable both online at www.hiddenhorizons.co.uk or in The Fossil Shop in Scarborough where we have our base. Vouchers have no expiry date and can be used to book events or buy items.

- You can have a refund for your booking. This will be processed as quickly as we can.

If we need to cancel an event due to COVID then all the above options are open to you too.

When attending events or visiting the shop we ask people to follow any guidelines and please be patient and courteous to our team and other attendees. We are not asking people to carry out a test before attending any event.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
